Upon the invitation from Washington, Chinese Vice Finance Minister Liao Min plans to lead a delegation to visit the United States on Wednesday for trade talks. The visit will pave the way for the 13th round of high-level negotiations between Chinese Vice-Premier Liu He and his American counterparts scheduled for October in Washington. He explains that China and the US must find new rationales for engagement, and how can people on both sides maintain the relationship.
