The National Bureau of Statistics says China’s CPI jumped 2.3 percent in February and hit a record two-year high, while the producer price index decline narrowed. The producer price index, which measures prices of goods at the factory gate, fell 4.9 percent year-on-year. That’s still an improvement on January’s 5.3 percent drop.
