China’s largest carrier rocket moving to launch site

China’s largest carrier rocket, the Long March-5, is en route to its launch site. The ship convoy, which carries the rocket, departed from northern China’s Tianjin port. The rocket is scheduled for launch later this year at the Wenchang Satellite Launch Center in the southern province of Hainan. The 57-meter-long rocket is designed to lift heavy loads to outer space.
