Chinese banker: U.S. judge’s Gucci case ruling unwarranted, worrisome

Bank of China has been pushed into a legal corner of either breaking the Chinese law or paying a heavy U.S. penalty, when a U.S. judge ruled that the bank was in contempt for defying subpoenas from Gucci to request account records located in China.
