Chinese FM insists on settling South China Sea disputes via bilateral negotiation

The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Wednesday issued a statement on its official website, saying that China insists on settling the South China Sea dispute with the Philippines through bilateral negotiation. It reiterated that China will not accept or participate in the South China Sea arbitration.
