Chinese PLA Air Force’s “Golden Dart” military competition, aiming to test the capabilities of its pilots, has recently concluded in east China.
More than 300 pilots participated in eight events, competing for the “Golden Dart,” which is the highest honor bestowed in the offense and assault competition. Pilots used six types of planes to compete in complex events, involving electromagnetic threats, as well as combat with surface-to-air missile troops, radar troops, and electronic warfare troops. Members from the air reconnaissance, jammers, and other air support troops also participated in the competition.
By the end of the competition, four teams won the excellent group title, while eight crew members were awarded with the “Golden Dart,” the highest honor.
