Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered a speech at the General Debate of the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday. Li called on international community to make concerted efforts towards short- and long-term sustainable development goals, and noted that terrorism should not be linked with specific regions and races. He also noted that the world economy could not afford long-term sluggishness.
