Clinton, Sanders clash in 2016 Democratic presidential debate

Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton debated US involvement in the Middle East, among other issues with her biggest rival in the party, Senator Bernie Sanders, as they opened the first Democratic presidential debate on Tuesday. Clinton and Sanders also clashed on gun control and economic policy. The candidates are outlining their visions as the Democratic Party seeks a third straight term in the White House.
