The Colombia government and the country’s largest rebel movement have signed a historic peace accord. President Juan Manuel Santos and Rodrigo Londoño, also known as Timochenko, leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia or FARC, signed the agreement in the city of Cartagena. The agreement has nearly 300 pages and was signed before a crowd of 2,500 foreign dignitaries and special guests.
