David Cameron’s closest political ally backs ‘Vote Leave’ campaign

British Prime Minister David Cameron on Saturday made a statement on the EU deal he brought back from Brussels. He also held a meeting to seek his cabinet’s endorsement to get public backing before a referendum on whether the UK should stay in the EU. However, including one of Cameron’s closest political allies, Justice Secretary Michael Gove, many in his own Conservative Party members have announced that they will back the “Leave” campaign. Gove and five other cabinet members signed a poster for the “Vote Leave” campaign saying “Let’s take back control.”
