Debate: Have the Cologne sexual assaults shifted opinions on migrants?

New Year’s Eve in the German city of Cologne saw a huge number of sexual assaults and other criminal acts, seemingly committed by organized groups of North African and Arab descent. The right says it is proof that Angela Merkel’s open door policy on migrants has been a big mistake. Is there truth in their accusations? Or are they tarring all refugees with the same brush?
