Dialogue: AIIB needs high quality management

The cornerstone of the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank was laid on Monday as representatives of its 57 prospective founding countries met in Beijing to sign an agreement that outlines the framework and management structure for the institution. What efforts are needed to bring the AIIB up to the standards of global financial institutions?
