Brazil’s suspended President Dilma Rousseff is defending herself for a final time in front of Brazil’s Senate. Rousseff is charged with manipulating her government’s budget to hide her party’s failure to jumpstart economic growth, and is widely expected to be removed from office, effectively ending her party’s government rule after more than a decade in power. But Rousseff has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing she was involved in, and has denounced efforts to impeach her as a conspiracy to overthrow her party.
