Discussion: Do the Oscars have a diversity problem?

For two years in a row the Academy awards have seen acting nominations dominated by white performers. It’s caused a major outcry among minority actors, with some even threatening to boycott the ceremony. The Academy has promised changes, but will they be enough to satisfy the critics?
