Discussion: Is the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal dead?

US President-elect Donald Trump has outlined priorities for his first 100 days in the White House. And one of them is withdrawing the US from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, also known as TPP. Though this has been an anticipative decision from the new administration, ripples are still felt throughout the Asia-Pacific region and many questions have been raised.
