Discussion: Is this the last US-Philippines joint military drill?

At least 1,400 US marines and 500 Philippine troops recently participated in a joint military exercise in Southeast Asia. Philippine President, Rodrigo Duterte says it will be the last joint military exercise of its kind during his presidency. Duterte has also started reaching out to China and Russia as relations between Manila and Washington have cooled. Our panelists Yang Xiyu from the China Institute of International Studies, Richard Heydarian from De La Salle University in Manila, and Jim Walsh from MIT discuss the changing political landscape in Southeast Asia.
