Ahead of the Euro 2016 soccer championship in France, the US has warned its citizens of possible terrorist attacks at the event. How seriously should the warning be taken, and how has it been received by European nations? Is France truly prepared to handle an event at which a total of 2.5 million spectators are expected to attend over the course of the tournament?
