The drive for a recount in results from three swing states in the US election is gathering pace, with Green Party nominee Jill Stein leading the fundraising. Though officials from Pennsylvania say Stein missed the recount deadline, Wisconsin has agreed to hold a recount. Stein has also filed a lawsuit for a full recount in Pennsylvania. But could the results of the recount lead to an overturning of the election results? Timothy Hagle from the University of Iowa, and Robert Moran from the Brunswick Group discuss the possible repercussions of the recounts.
