Donald Trump Insults SIKH Man | Sikh Protesters Talks to Tmes Now

Sikh Protester, Arish Singh who was insulted and evicted from Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump’s election rally in Iowa said that Trump represents hate politics, which he has vowed to fight back.

Speaking to TIMES NOW over phone, the Sikh protester said, “I am much more concerned with the kind of far right wing politics that Donald Trump has brought into this presidential election cycle, into politics, into serious piece for bringing it into the political mainstream and is giving a cover with his campaign.”

When asked if Trump’s ‘hat’ comment was aimed at him, he said he is not sure and added that “it seemed like it was but the comment itself does not make a whole lot of sense. He said that the first time that was I wearing that hat. I never wore that hat. I don’t know. I don’t want to take any strong offence to this comment.”

A turbaned Sikh, Arish Singh, who is also a former editor of a local newspaper ‘Little Village’ and a comedian, was thrown out of a Trump rally in Iowa on Sunday after he interrupted Trump’s anti-Muslim speech by displaying a ‘Stop Hate’ banner.
