DPRK, S. Korea set for talks on easing tensions

South Korea and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have agreed to hold a meeting to ease tensions between the two countries. Seoul’s Unification Ministry said in a statement that it accepted the DPRK’s offer to hold the working-level contact next Thursday at the Tongil House, an administrative building on the north side of the truce village of Panmunjom.
