DPRK warns it will stop humanitarian exchanges with S. Korea

The DPRK Red Cross Society has said it will stop all humanitarian exchanges with the current South Korean government, including efforts to reunify separated families. The organization’s statement says South Korea’s Park Geun-hye administration is entirely to blame for the failure to carry out inter-Korean humanitarian exchange and for pushing the relations to a total collapse.
