DPRK’s top leader reviews anti-aircraft missile drill

The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea top leader Kim Jong Un recently witnessed a special drill of anti-aircraft missiles in the country’s western front, according to the official KCNA news agency.
KCNA on Tuesday reported that the drill had aimed to “inspect technological readiness of the modernized anti-aircraft rockets and capability of the anti-aircraft units” of the Korean People’s Army.
The news service did not identify the time or exact place the drill had been carried out.
The top leader, according to KCNA, stressed the need to develop more types of new anti-aircraft missiles to meet the requirement of air defense.
