Dutch report unlikely to assign blame for MH17 crash

The Dutch Safety Board is due to release its final report Tuesday on the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17. The passenger plane crashed over eastern Ukraine on July 17 last year, leaving all 298 people onboard dead, most of them Dutch citizens. Preliminary findings suggested that a ground-to-air missile shot down the plane. However, facts remain elusive, and many believe the report will not bring about a final conclusion.
