Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has shrugged off criticism over his anti-drug campaign, which has left more than 3,000 people dead in three months. Duterte said that he had been portrayed as “a cousin of Hitler” by critics, but he would not hesitate to kill three million drug addicts.
