Economic agenda looms large amid political friction in post impeachment Brazil

With 61 to 20 votes, Brazil’s suspended President Dilma Rousseff was impeached by the Senate on August 31, in Brasilia.
Her Workers’ Party was driven to the wilderness, after 13 years of ruling of the largest economy in Latin America.
The Democratic Movement Party now in power is business-friendly and ambitious to put the country back on track.
