Eric Maskin, 2007 Nobel Prize Winner, says concerns over debt issues have been exaggerated

Eric Maskin, a US economist and 2007 Nobel Prize Winner in the field, told CCTVNEWS in an exclusive interview that concerns over debt issues have been exaggerated. He made the remarks on the sidelines of the 2016 Financial Street Forum in Beijing. The economist said China’s debt level should not be ignored, but there is no need to panic.
