EU leaders cautious of proposed migrant deal with Turkey

EU leaders have agreed on a joint position for a possible deal with Turkey to tackle the crisis at the European Union Summit on refugees. Under the deal, the EU would take in one Syrian refugee from Turkey in exchange for every Syrian taken back by Turkey from Greece. However, many European leaders still have doubts about the feasibility of the proposed deal, saying it will be very difficult to implement, and that it’s on the edges of international law.
