The leaders of 27 countries in the European Union will continue their meeting Wednesday, without British Prime Minister David Cameron in attendance. It’s the first time in more than 40 years that the UK will not be there. Cameron concluded the first day of the European Council meeting and was sent home with a message urging Britain to start leave talks promptly.
