EU sends more staff to help Greece deal with migrant crisis

The European Asylum Support Office has sent more staff to the Greek island of Lesbos, to help Greece process asylum applicants. On Wednesday, around 70 new EASO staff arrived at a migrant center in Lesbos, right after the first group of over 200 migrants were sent back to Turkey on Monday, under a deal agreed with European Union leaders. But the process has been postponed because of an increase in asylum requests. More than 3,000 migrants on the island of Lesbos are seeking asylum.
