Fifty exquisite pianos assembled on 28 Liberty Plaza, NYC for you to play

The Sing for Hope Pianos, New York City’s largest recurring public arts project, is assembled on 28 Liberty Plaza, courtesy of Fosun, for all to play and enjoy for one glorious day before they move out to the streets of all five boroughs from June 9-19.

The collection of pianos has been lovingly hand-painted by local and international artists, including a number of well-known celebrities, all of whom have volunteered their time and talent for the project.

Following their public installation, all of the pianos will be moved to permanent homes under-resourced New York City public schools as part of Sing for Hope’s partnership with the Department of Education.
