Finnish startup selling “insect food” seeks business co-op in China

Perttu Karjalainen is co-founder of a green technology startup, EntoCube, in Finland.

His company offers a new type of sustainable food source for human’s increasing demand on eating across the globe.

And don’t be surprised that they have chosen edible insects like crickets as their organic products.

Coming all the way from Helsinki to Yiwu, China’s largest distribution center of small commodities, Karjalainen hopes to find cooperative opportunities with Chinese companies.

Speaking at the opening of the forum, Finland’s Speaker of the Parliament Maria Lohela said there are many things that China and Finland can learn from each other.
