FIR Copy Of Tanzanian Girl Stripped Case With Times Now | Exclusive

The FIR filed by Tanzanian woman who was humiliated and assaulted by a mob in a case of “mistaken identity”, stated that people started following them after identifying them as Africans. She also mentioned that she approached a policeman and asked why is she being followed but didn’t receive a response. In the two-page report filed by her, she wrote that she tried boarding a bus, which didn’t move further and the people inside the bus pushed her on to the road. She also mentioned that her top was removed during this incident. It was an Iranian student and not police who came to her rescue, according to the complaint. There are two FIR copies with the Bengaluru police, the first complaint was filed on January 31 by a friend of the woman who was there along with her and second was filed yesterday by the woman herself. On Sunday night, a Tanzanian woman student was allegedly beaten up and stripped by a mob in a case of “mistaken identity” after a woman was mowed down by a car in Bengaluru. The 21-year-old was reportedly dragged out of the car in which she was seated along with her three friends when she reached the accident spot mistaking them to have caused the fatal accident though a Sudanese was involved in it, according to the police.
