Yesterday, when a baby less than a year old was playing alone in a house in Fuling District, in west China’s Chongqing Province, his head became caught in his stroller. The baby started to cry badly, which sent his parents into a panic, who immediately called firefighters for help. Firefighters rushed to the scene, and discovered that due to the stroller being made of metal, it couldn’t be forced apart without tools. Firefighters then decided to expand the armrest the infant’s head was stuck in with a hydraulic expander. Finally, after about several minutes, the baby was successfully rescued.
