Chinese schools started the new semester with special lessons to review the country’s history during WWII as millions of students head back to class after summer vacation. In Yuandong Primary school in Xi’an students went to a local museum to learn about how Chinese soldiers fought during the Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. The school master says that it’s a good way for students to remember history and inspire patriotism, as per Xi’an Evening News.
