Video surveillance footage captured the moment a 6.7-magnitude earthquake hit Kaohsiung, Taiwan at 3:57 BJT on Saturday. The footage shows the 17-story Wei Guan building collapsing on the Yongda road, Yongkang District of Tainan.
Some cement chunks fell down and sent smoke and dust into the air. Only one minute later a car was heading into the collapse zone and drove away immediately. The underground water pipes later busted and submerged the road.
