Former ICJ judge: Negotiation best way to resolve disputes

A group of international law experts at a seminar in The Hague has voiced doubts over the South China Sea arbitration case unilaterally initiated by the Philippines. They say the way the case has proceeded is questionable. Abdul Koroma, a former International Court of Justice judge, said the best way to resolve disputes is through negotiation.
