Freddie Gray mistrial triggers rages in Baltimore, U.S.

A judge on Wednesday declared a mistrial in the case of Officer William Porter, who was the first of the six police officers to be tried in the death of black young man Freddie Gray in Baltimore, U.S.

According to reports on social media, Baltimore protesters took to the streets and blocked traffic after the mistrial was declared.

Police have told demonstrators that they should keep out of the streets or face arrest, while activists have also questioned the media that why no reporters covered their peaceful protests throughout the last year.
