French gastronomy celebration comes to the Chinese capital

Beijing’s top French restaurants are putting on a special menu this month. It’s all part of “Goût de France” – or “Taste of France”, for the second edition of the French gastronomy event, which was launched in 2015 by French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius. A total of 18 cities in China will participate in the event, joining more than a thousand French chefs across five continents. Take a look at what kinds of palatable dishes have been added to the menu of this year’s event.
