It’s the ice float period in Heilongjiang River, which means visitors can see floating ice on the water. The giant ice blocks collided against each other as the river flows, releasing enormous amounts of energy and creating icebergs. Heilongjiang River flows along China and Russia border, and is also known as the Black Dragon River.
