Girl who clicked photo of her Harasser | 20-year-old Jasleen to Times Now

Taking a brave step, a girl clicked photograph of the man who allegedly harassed her at a traffic signal in Delhi, and posted it on social networking site Facebook. 20-year-old Jasleen Kaur was crossing the road at a traffic signal in Tilak Nagar, when the man made obscene comments at her. “He passed obscene remarks at me. I wasn’t comfortable with it. I took his picture and told him that I will file a complaint against him,” said Jasleen Kaur. He then threatened me, saying, “”Jo kar sakti hai kar le. Complaint karke dikha, fir dekhiyo kya karta hun main.” But there was something that is disturbing me much more than his obscene remarks. The fact that it was a traffic signal and 20 other people were there. Yes, no one intervened,” Jasleen added. Jasleen has registered a complaint with the police and has even provides his vechicle number and photograph to them. “Eve teasing is traumatising for girls. I want immediate action against him,” she said.
