Greek debt crisis: Tsipras’ betrayal?

At the last second, Greece’s parliament approved a crucial reform plan early Saturday.
Analysts say the plan might not only bring the country long-awaited cash from international creditors, but also a full-scale rebellion against Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.
The plan Tsipras sent to Brussels contains austerity measures, nearly identical to the one Greeks rejected by over 61 percent last Sunday in a referendum.
Yet other analysts believe the referendum will strengthen the government’s hand in future negotiations.
