Gujarat Government & Intelligence Bureau Had Provided With Proper Inputs | Ishrat Jahan Case

Former Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, AK Jain told TIMES NOW in an exclusive interview that it was clear since the beginning of the investigation that the four people, who died in the 2004 encounter, had links with terrorist groups. He also told that the inputs regarding the association of Ishrat Jahan and three other persons with terrorist organisations were received from the Intelligence Bureau as well as from the state government of Gujarat. According to him, both the reports were corroborative of each other and there was no other agency that differed with these reports. “There were clear references of linkages of these four people with the terrorist groups and the fact that these people were on a mission to kill the VIPs in Gujarat,” he told in the interview.
