Michelin-starred meals are often associated with a candle-lit environment, upscale ingredients such as foie gras and caviar, and a pricey tab at the end. But the recently-launched Singapore Michelin Guide says you can enjoy the world’s cheapest one-star meal at a local hawker center that costs as little as two Singapore dollars (1.5 US dollars).
