Himachal CM Took Loan to route money into his family?

TIMES NOW is in possession of the Income Tax (IT) noting which states that Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh had used front companies as “conduits” to route money into his family members’ accounts. The letter, dated March 20, 2015, from the Chandigarh unit of the IT department to the Enforcement Directorate, had recommended that the entire probe against the CM should be investigated by the ED. BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad today raised questions over an unsecured loan taken by the CM and about Singh’s dealings with Anand Chauhan, a Shimla-based LIC agent. BJP alleged that Chauhan had opened a ghost bank account to facilitate Virbhadra Singh and his family. However, CM Singh has dismissed all the charges against him and has said that these allegations were a result of ‘political vendetta’.
