Historical climate deal is expected among differences

The international conference that combats climate change in Paris has entered its second and final week. As a draft for a pact to save mankind from global warming has been agreed to by negotiators from 195 nations, it has prompted hopes that decades of arguments might finally end with a historic deal, despite a number of contentious issues remaining unresolved. After last week’s talks, the draft agreed on the need for urgent action to combat climate change, but ministers still need to resolve many disputes.
