Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam apologises after extradition Bill protests | Full English speech + Q&A
Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam apologised again on Tuesday (Jun 18) in the wake of violent protests against an extradition Bill she had promoted and then postponed. She said she had heard the people “loud and clear”, adding that she wanted to “continue to work very hard … to meet the aspirations of the Hong Kong people”.
