Illegal tribunal on South China Sea could open door to law abuse

Ahead of the ruling of the Hague-based arbitral tribunal on the South China Sea dispute on July 12, CCTVNEWS interviewed Stefan Talmon, Director of the Institute of Public International Law at the University of Bonn, Germany, for his views on this arbitration.
