Two days after the deadly attack in downtown Jakarta, authorities have identified one of the five attackers as a previously-jailed militant. According to police, the attacker, identified as Afif, used the alias Sunakim while training in an Islamic paramilitary camp. The police also said that Afif has been recruited to ISIL by the Indonesian militant, Bahrun Naim, who is believed to be in Syria now. Naim was identified by the police as mastermind of the attack.
