The northern Chinese city of Tangshan has kicked off its international garden expo. Known more for its heavy industry, the city in Hebei Province lies at the center of one of China’s most polluted regions. CCTV went to Tangshan to learn more about its plans to promote itself as an environmentally friendly city.
