Iraq military asks residents of ISIL-controlled Ramadi to leave city

Iraqi military planes have dropped leaflets on Ramadi, asking residents to leave within 72 hours. The western city is under the control of Islamic State militants. An army spokesman says the leaflets indicate safe routes for civilians to exit the city and asks them to carry proper identification documents. An officer says the move is an indication that a major military operation to retake the city center will start soon.
